• Name, email address, and phone number (when you book a session, submit an inquiry, or sign up for our email list)
• Billing address and payment information (processed securely through Stripe — we do not store full payment card details)
• Booking details and session preferences (collected through Calendly)
• Information shared during sessions, including questions, concerns, and personal context
• Testimonials or reviews you submit
• Communications you send us via email, contact form, or social media

Information Collected Automatically ("Device Information"):

• Web browser type, IP address, time zone, and operating system
• Pages visited, time spent on the Website, and how you interact with our content
• Referring websites or search terms that brought you to our site
• Device identifiers and analytics data

Session Recordings:

We record sessions for quality, accuracy, and Client reference. Recordings are shared with the Client and stored securely. Clients may also record sessions with prior consent from Practitioner. See Section 10 for retention details.

Session Notes:

We may take notes during or after sessions, stored securely in Google Drive or in written form, to share with the Client following the session.

When we refer to "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we mean both Order Information and Device Information.

We use your personal information to:

• Provide and deliver the Services you book
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
• Process payments and provide receipts or invoices
• Communicate with you about your sessions, inquiries, and account
• Send you marketing emails or newsletters (only if you have opted in)
• Improve and optimize our Website, Services, and Client experience (for example, by generating analytics about how visitors browse and interact with the site)

Information shared during your session is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose, publish, or share session content without your express written consent, except as required by law.

If you submit a testimonial, we will not publish it without your express consent.

We will confirm with you in advance whether you would like it shared:

• With your initials
• With your full name
• With your first name only
• Anonymously
• Not at all

You may withdraw consent for testimonial use at any time by emailing us, and we will remove the testimonial from public display within a reasonable time.

If you opt in to receive emails from us, you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing us directly. We do not send marketing emails to individuals who have not provided consent.

We use the following technologies to collect Device Information:

• Cookies — data files placed on your device that often include an anonymous unique identifier
• Log files — files that track actions on our Website and collect data including IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps
• Web beacons, tags, and pixels — electronic files used to record information about how you browse our Website

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Website functionality. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

• Booking and payment records: Retained as required by law (typically 7 years for tax/financial records)
• Email communications: Retained as long as reasonably necessary for business and legal purposes
• Email marketing list: Until you unsubscribe or request deletion
